- This refund or exchange policy is only applicable for DR.Fruit Online Store's members and within 6hour of receiving the product(s) ordered from Dr.Fruit Online Store. (working hour 9am -6pm , Monday to Friday)
- For refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service 010-3828116(WhatsApp only) or email to email@example.com by providing the information below:

- Contact Number
- Invoice number
- Proven Video or Photos
- Please allow up to 24hour for your inquiry to be processed. Our customer Service Personnel will inform you on the next step to be taken.
- Refund or exchange replacement can only be arranged under following reasons:
- If the fruits or vegetable is in rotten condition , subject to approval; or
- If the product is different from the order delivered. Products for refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity an packaging as it was delivered to customer together with proof or purchase; or
- If the product is expired
- For exchanges /replacement to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given
- For exchanges / replacement to product(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference
- If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will base on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable
- You have the option of refund via DR.Fruit Online Store's Credit account or back to the original mode of payment (choose one). For DR.Fruit Online Store's Credit account , the refund amount will be credit to member’s account within 1-2 working days. For payment through online banking or credit card, the refund payment will be debited to the customer’s bank account/credit cards within 5-7 working days depending on appointed bank refund policy.
- Return shipping cost (if any) and refund will be reimbursed to customer once we have confirmed product is indeed incorrect, different from order delivered or damaged.
- Fresh Fruit World Sdn Bhd reserves the right of final decision to reject any return , exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
